Fazenda Vista Verde marks a new chapter in the journey of Sahyoun Properties. At the invitation of Adrian Estrada, CEO of LN Urbanismo, the developer joined the project to create and build sophisticated residences designed in harmony with the gated community’s vision and landscape.
Sahyoun’s relationship with this realm also holds a significant history. Alexandre Sahyoun played a role in bringing wave pool technology to Brazil at Fazenda da Grama, where the developer is also present with the Uluwatu Villas. Now, this technology is being incorporated into Fazenda Vista Verde, forging a link between two key projects in the company’s history.
Sahyoun’s residences at Fazenda Vista Verde are divided into two phases, Residences I and II, featuring architecture by Eduardo Gálvez and Pedro Márton, who are renowned for creating homes that establish a subtle connection with their surroundings. The landscaping is designed by Fernanda Sahyoun, reinforcing the integration of architecture and nature that drives the project.
